Yes, Utilities are included. The only thing we ask is that to conserve energy you turn off the air condition units before leaving the house. Also, water is precious on the island so we urge you to not waste it.

 No, daily housekeeping is optional. You may request a housekeeper and pay her directly. The daily rate for a housekeeper is $100.00 Bds. ($50.00 USD) The housekeeper will tidy the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, change linens and towels and do your laundry.

 All bed linens are included as well as bath and beach towels.

Yes, an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels are provided. You will replenish your supply as it runs out.

Yes, small hand soaps and an initial supply of dish soap are provided.

There is a washing machine for each house but there are no dryers. We do provide clothes lines, clothes pegs and Barbados provides the sunshine and breezes. Laundry detergent is not provided so you will have to purchase if you need.

Yes, there is a doctor’s office and a Pharmacy nearby (a 4 minute walk) called the Omniplus Centre – 246-432-7751. There is also a pharmacy located there called FelimarPlus Pharmacy.
If you require an emergency Medical center during the night or on the weekend, there is Sandy Crest Medical in Sunset Crest (7 minutes by car) and they have Doctors on staff 24hr/7 days a week. Their number is 246-419-4911.

Should you need a taxi, you may call Crystal Cove’s Taxi stand at 432-8253 and have one delivered to your door or you can walk north – just 1 minute. They are located across the street from the Crystal Cove Hotel.
There is a bus stop for going south (towards Bridgetown) across the street from the beach house and the bus fare is $3.50 per ride. There is also a bus stop going North located directly in front of the Crystal Cove Hotel. There are two type of public transport buses – large blue buses which are public buses and you must have exact fare and there are the smaller yellow buses which are privately owned and they will give you change if you don’t have the exact fare.
Is it easy to get around the island by public transportation? Yes, it will take some planning but there are bus routes all over the island. In order to plan your trip, you may visit the website of the Transport Board at www.transportboard.com. You may also call 310-3572 to get bus schedules.

Cariba – Only 6 minutes away walking. Modern cuisine with an Asian Twist in a charming Chattel House.
QP Bistro – International cuisine meets Caribbean flavors in this upscale restaurant situated on a corner cliff with spectacular views and amazing ambiance. Features Live Entertainment. It’s an 8 minute walk from the property.
The Cliff – This is the more formal restaurant next to QP Bistro and it is luxurious fine dining with a Michelin star Chef. $$$$ Also, an 8 minute walk.
De Clay Pot – Artisan pizzeria with an island twist. It is an 11 minute walk just around the bend. $15 – $50 BDS.

We provide all the necessary amenities that you would experience in the comforts of home. This includes: WiFi, cable TV, washing machine, all linens/bath and hand towels for the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchens are fully stocked with tableware and glassware, utensils, pots and pans and a coffee maker, blender and toaster. We provide starter kits to get you through the first few days, such as toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, detergent, shampoo/conditioner and bath soap. We also provide beach towels.

To ensure the property is properly cleaned, inspected and prepared for you, the check-in time is 3PM. Housekeeping must have adequate time to clean the entire property, along with addressing any maintenance concerns, if applicable. We will do our best to meet your request if the property is ready before 3PM.
